This program is available to all Brookfield homeowners who have purchased a new home from any of our communities. Your referral of a new home purchaser to any of our sites could earn you a reward* of $500! As well, your referral will receive $500 in upgrades towards their new home purchase. If you have been referred to one of our sites by a current Brookfield homeowner, please advise our sales staff upon your arrival.
