Pathways is a Finalist for the 2012 OHBA Awards of Distinction

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Pathways in Caledon East is a finalist in two categories for The Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) 2012 Awards of Distinction — the Project of the Year Award and the Most Outstanding New Home Bathroom Award, for the Crystal.

Assessing factors like the best on-site presentation and the best architectural design, the Project of the Year Award is a very prestigious one. We’re honoured to have one of our communities included in the list of finalists.

Pathways is located in one of Ontario's most sought-after areas, Caledon East, above the hustle and bustle of the big city. Like the name indicates, it’s interlaced with charming pathways that encourage residents to go for a pleasant walk, take the dog out, bring the kids to the park for a picnic, stroll to the pond, and much more.

Pathways homes are designed in the Canadiana, Craftsman, Edwardian and Georgian styles. These are spacious designs, providing families with plenty of room to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Inside, they are built with superb amenities and exhibit the excellent craftsmanship for which all Brookfield Homes are known.

If you’d like to know more, you’re in luck — Pathways features its own Facebook page as well as a blog informing you of the latest news and updates, as well as local events, tips, recipes, and more.
