Brookfield Homes is excited to announce the opening of 5 new designer decorated model homes at its master planned communities in Caledon East and Bradford.They will unveil 2 model homes at Pathways in Caledon East and 3 model homes at Grand Central in Bradford.

The models at Pathways in Caledon East will feature two of their most popular 50’ designs – the Peridot and the Crystal. Each of these models feature modern designs to maximize living space including gourmet kitchens, grand family rooms, luxurious ensuites and dream walk in closets.
Pathways has been an extremely successful community since officially opening its doors last spring. More than 200 families will soon call it home and Brookfield has just recently opened its second phase in this community with a wide selection of 40’, 50’, 60’ and 70’ bungalow and two storey designs from the low 500s. Pathways’ was recently nominated by the Building Industry and Land Institute (BILD) for Project of the Year.
The models at Grand Central in Bradford feature a 33’ (the Collingwood) and two 36’ (the Jackson and Carmichael) designs. Each of these designs is special in their own respect and provides prospective homeowners an open space layout to encourage family interaction and connectivity on the main floor.
Grand Central is the community of choice in Bradford now in its sixth phase since opening in 2006. Previously recognized as Community of the Year by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association, it is now home to more than 1,000 families. Its current phase features a limited selection of town, semi, 27’, 30’, 36’ and 43’ designs from $279,990.
