Payment Options

We offer three payment options for you to purchase your custom upgrades at the Inspiration Studio. All upgrades must be paid in full upon signing of your Inspiration Studio documents.

  • Cheque
  • Visa, Mastercard or Debit
  • Adding your upgrades to the Purchase Price of your home.

If you are paying by Cheque, you may post-date your full payment up to a maximum of 1 week (5 business days) from the date you have signed off on your upgrades.

Visa, Mastercard or Debit is also a preferred method to pay for your upgrades. This is a great way to utilize any membership reward program your credit or debit card may offer.

Another great alternative for paying for your upgrades is to add them to the purchase price of your home. With today's low interest rates, your upgrades can become more affordable for a few extra dollars per month.

For only $2 a day you can have $10,000 worth of upgrades in your home.  Brookfield Residential policy states that the amount of upgrades added to your mortgage is based upon the total amount you have deposited towards your purchase price.

For example, if at the time of your Decor appointment your total new home purchase deposit is $5,000, you can add up to a maximum of $10,000 of upgrades towards your purchase price. If you choose to use this method of payment, 25% of the total cost of the upgrades is required at the time of your appointment.

Your Design Consultant will issue an amendment for you to sign that will reflect your new purchase price.
